We have, for what I know by romantic poetry and storytelling, uplifted love on the highest pedestal of immortality, perfection, absolution, and eternity. Now these are qualities that we saw belong to inertia, if they do at all exist, and in no way are inherent to love, which would be the force of change and transformation in the process towards interaction with the outer world and self-fulfilment.

And what I see in this Faculty of Thought, and not only here but at all venues of critical inquiry, is the belief in one intricately concocted truth, formulated and reserved for the learned mind, elevated to the state of a self-fulfilling prophesy.

Time, you see, is the core of human stasis. The root of human perception is centered around the interpretation of the dissolution of time. I am not the first to claim that life, among all, is the moment of possession of a self. It is the realized and meaningful duration of the self’s time. Passing is laden with meaning and estimation. Time is the canvass of life’s realization, the presence of man and the world altogether.
